What to expect

Before, during and after

• Times run from 1 hour 15 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes. A Luminary overlay fill runs to about 1 hour 15 minutes, a natural-nail overlay to 1 hour 30 minutes, medium Gel X to 1 hour 45 minutes, long Gel X to 2 hours, and any of the “+ Removal” sets add 30 more minutes.
• Arrive with bare hands. No hand cream or oil on the day. If you are wearing enhancements from another studio, book one of the “+ Removal” options — removal is included and free with any new set.
• One client at a time. Appointments do not overlap, so a late arrival shortens your own service rather than the next client’s.
• Aftercare. Cuticle oil twice daily, gloves for cleaning, and no using your nails as tools. Rebooking at three to four weeks keeps the line clean.
• Cancellation courtesy. Twenty-four hours’ notice, please. The chair cannot be refilled at short notice, and the courtesy is genuinely felt.
